Admitted to the Bar since 2019, Me Michele Bettini practises in the field of civil litigation, both nationally and internationally, as well as in corporate advisory work. He represents and advises companies, start-ups and private individuals in Switzerland, and also in intercantonal and cross-border contexts, in particular between French-speaking Switzerland, Ticino and Italy.
His practice encompasses both representation before judicial and arbitral authorities and strategic and contractual advice to businesses. In parallel, he is actively involved in professional associations and regularly acts as a speaker at conferences and events dedicated to corporate law and cross-border economic relations.
