Holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Fribourg, obtained cum laude, he first worked at the clerk’s office of a district court in the Canton of Fribourg, where he became familiar with the practical functioning of the judiciary and judicial procedures.
He subsequently completed his legal traineeship at a Fribourg-based law firm, where he handled the core areas of legal practice, in particular criminal law, personality rights, family law, succession law, tenancy law and administrative law. This experience enabled him to acquire a solid and versatile practical background, as well as a rigorous and pragmatic approach to legal advice and representation.
Seeking to further deepen his expertise and to specialise, he then worked for one and a half years as a research assistant in public construction law for a distinguished Professor at the University of Fribourg. In this role, he focused on complex issues relating to spatial planning, public procurement, administrative procedures and construction-police regulations.
Drawing on this diverse background, he approaches each matter with rigour, precision and a keen understanding of the legal and human issues involved. Convinced that attentive listening and empathy towards the client lie at the very heart of the legal profession, he favours a relationship of trust and a personalised approach. Committed to providing concrete and tailored solutions, he seeks to anticipate potential difficulties and to offer clear, effective and sustainable legal responses.
