Admitted to the Bar since 2014, Carlo has developed particular expertise in commercial law, real estate and construction law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy, as well as white-collar crime.
Drawing on a broad and diverse professional background, he regularly advises companies, particularly those active in the real estate sector, on the contractual and commercial aspects of their operations. His work notably includes strategic advice in the context of mergers and acquisitions, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements such as joint ventures, public-private partnerships and other structured commercial arrangements.
Carlo also frequently handles matters with a cross-border dimension, providing both domestic and international clients with a comprehensive and integrated approach. His areas of practice further include commodities trading, international sanctions regulations and maritime transport law.
Having completed specialised training in criminal law (CAS in Criminal Judiciary), he also advises companies and private individuals in matters relating to economic and white-collar crime.
