A lawyer specialising in economic law and public law, Ms de Sépibus advises and represents companies, institutions and private individuals in matters involving, in particular, regulatory law, competition law, energy and health law. Drawing on experience gained at leading law firms in Zurich and Geneva as well as at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in Lausanne, she provides focused advice tailored to her clients’ strategic challenges. Her practice covers both legal advisory work and representation before administrative and judicial authorities.
With more than twenty years of experience in higher education, Ms de Sépibus teaches at leading institutions such as the Universities of Bern and Fribourg, the College of Europe, ESADE, UNIL and EPFL. Specialising in European and international law, she trains future decision-makers, lawyers and public-sector executives on legal issues relating to decarbonisation and adaptation to climate change. Her research activities, publications and participation in international conferences further strengthen an expertise that is continuously updated and closely aligned with developments in European and global regulation.
