Admitted to the Bar since 1999, Mr Stefano Fabbro practises exclusively in the following areas:
- Business law: advising on and structuring complex transactions in all types of commercial operations (M&A, joint ventures), negotiating strategic agreements and proactively managing commercial risks. His approach focuses on anticipating issues in order to secure each transaction and maximise economic performance.
- Corporate law: providing tailored and strategic support to companies and their executives—whether national or international groups—at every key stage, including incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, governance, cross-border restructurings and business transfers, including employment law aspects.
- Real estate law: managing real estate transactions (project development, acquisitions, disposals, financing, commercial leases) and overseeing real estate portfolios. Compliance audits, asset valuation and transactional advice for institutional and private investors, with recognised experience in public–private partnerships (PPPs).
- Construction law: expertise in managing complex real estate projects involving both public and private law, tender procedures, construction execution and dispute management, including litigation and liability of project stakeholders. Advising public authorities and private operators.
Drawing on experience gained through board mandates and as a former member of a municipal executive for ten years, Mr Stefano Fabbro brings strong expertise in governance and cross-sector management (real estate, construction, finance, automotive). Active in French-speaking Switzerland and internationally, he developed the firm’s “Italian Desk” to address high value-added cross-border matters between Switzerland and Italy.
His commitment: bespoke support, full responsiveness and the uncompromising defence of his clients’ interests, with absolute confidentiality and rigour across these four key areas, from risk prevention to the resolution of disputes before the courts.
