An experienced attorney with more than thirty years of practice in civil liability and insurance law (both private and social insurance), Me Alexis Overney has developed particular expertise in the representation of injured parties, and more specifically victims of accidents. He has also advised numerous clients in the fields of medical liability and road traffic law.

Alongside his traditional legal practice, and drawing on the experience gained through various public mandates, he also advises public authorities in administrative disputes, as well as in the drafting of legislation and regulations and in the conduct of administrative investigations. He has furthermore acquired extensive expertise in forest law.

In parallel with his work as an attorney, he is the author of several publications, primarily in the areas of civil liability and insurance law, and delivers lectures and conferences on these subjects on a yearly basis. He is also actively involved in the training of Swiss Bar Association (SBA) certified specialists in civil liability and insurance law.
