An experienced attorney with several years of practice in real estate and construction law, Me Spreng advises both private individuals and legal entities, as well as public authorities, in all aspects of their commercial activities, primarily in matters relating to real estate and construction law, fields for which she has a particular affinity. Her practice covers both private law matters, including real estate sale agreements, construction contracts, architectural contracts and mandates, and public law matters, such as spatial planning and building permit procedures.
Building on her solid professional experience, she has further refined her expertise by completing a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Construction and Real Estate Law, leading to her qualification as a Swiss Bar Association (SBA/FSA) Certified Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law since March 2024.
