Aïcha Cetin advises the firm’s clients across a broad range of legal matters, both in advisory work and in litigation, and represents them before Swiss judicial and administrative authorities.
Her practice focuses on public law, in particular spatial planning and construction law, where she assists both public bodies and private stakeholders with their projects and administrative procedures, as well as in public and administrative litigation.
In parallel, she is active in real estate and tenancy law, advising on acquisition, management and leasing projects, and representing clients in related disputes, whether civil or administrative in nature.
She also practices contract law and represents clients before civil courts.
