Laurence Veya, an attorney admitted to the Bar since 2019, has developed expertise in focused areas of law, primarily the law of obligations, with particular emphasis on employment law, as well as real estate law.
Holding a Master’s degree magna cum laude in Criminal Justice and drawing on her experience within the Vaud Public Prosecutor’s Office, she also has strong expertise in criminal law, a field in which she regularly practises.
Driven by her strong interest in literary and oral advocacy, Laurence is particularly active in judicial litigation. Her diverse professional background enables her both to represent clients before judicial authorities and to advise them at an early stage on the contractual aspects of their activities.
A Swiss and German dual national, and the holder of a French–German bilingual maturity certificate, Laurence also advises clients in German and English, in addition to her litigation practice before French-speaking judicial, criminal and administrative authorities.
