As lawyers serving public-sector stakeholders, we advise and represent public authorities (cantons, municipalities, inter-municipal bodies) and public-law institutions in all aspects of public and administrative law. We have broad, cross-cutting expertise in administrative law, enabling us to assist public bodies at every stage of their activities, including the functioning of governing bodies, the preparation and implementation of administrative decisions, the conclusion and performance of public contracts, spatial planning, land-use planning, environmental law, and public liability. We also have extensive experience in conducting and advising on administrative investigations within public authorities. Accustomed to working closely with elected officials as well as cantonal and municipal administrations, we provide legal support tailored to the specific constraints of each matter (deadlines, legal complexity, and requirements of legal certainty).
